Non-standard sizes are no problem
For parcels that exceed standard DHL Express weight or size limits, special handling is available. Shipments over 70 kg or with dimensions above 120 x 80 x 80 cm can be scheduled for delivery, with surcharges for oversized formats.
DHL Express uses volumetric weight (length x width x height / 5000). The higher of actual or volumetric weight is charged. Keep this in mind when packing.
