Arranged quickly, delivered promptly
DHL stands out with a broad service portfolio: from same-day delivery (DHL Sameday) to international pallet shipping (EuroPlus Pallets). Residential recipients in the Netherlands and Luxembourg receive parcels on Saturdays too.
If the recipient is not home, the parcel automatically goes to a neighbor or the nearest DHL ServicePoint.
All shipments are fully trackable, and DHL Connect includes free insurance up to €500.

Pickup without hassle
- Benefit from DHL eCommerce's pickup service on business days. From 4 parcels or 1 pallet per pickup, this is free.
- You can also choose to bring your shipments yourself to a nearby DHL ServicePoint.
- Do you have a last-minute shipment? No problem. Book an express shipment or extra late pickup via courier in no time and prevent delays and disappointed customers.

DHL notifies the recipient by email about the upcoming delivery of the parcel. Through the link in the email, the recipient can select both a specific DHL ServicePoint and a time slot. With 5,000 DHL ServicePoints throughout the Netherlands, there's always a convenient location nearby.

Take control and increase oversight in your delivery process. Within DHL's services, your shipments via DHL Connect are insured free of charge up to a value of €500.
